You must be using the Backpack wallet you traded with on Tensor.
Connect the wallet you used on Tensor to your exchange account by following this video.
Backpack Exchange volume matters.

The activity consists of the following:

register on the exchange
pass KYC;
make a deposit in SOL, USDC or USDT;
build up volumes by exchanging one token for another. Attention! Exchange of stablecoins - USDC to USDT is not counted.

Reasons to do:

the main points program hasn't started yet, which means we can be among the early adopters;
KYC reduces the number of sybils (multi-accounts), which increases the probability of a fair drop;
volumes are built up very easily and cheaply (it takes $1 for $1,000 of turnover).

The developers also write that volume will be one of the main criteria for ranking, which means airdrop.

Besides, there was already a $PYTH drop from them, so we don't recommend to miss such a thing and bring in a penny to scroll a good volume.
