🎮 Hey, OGCommunity! Time for some hot news:
Xbox fires back -- Here's how Microsoft responded to PlayStation
After yesterday's PlayStation presentation, today it was Microsoft’s turn to show off at Tokyo Game Show. Xbox brought a series of exciting announcements and updates, especially for Game Pass users. Here are the key highlights:
Metal Gear Solid Δ — The obvious headliner. A new MGS trailer was shown, but still no release date. Overwatch 2 — A new themed collaboration, this time with the anime My Hero Academia. Age of Mythology: Retold — The Immortal Pillars expansion was announced. StarCraft and StarCraft II — The legendary RTS titles are now available on Game Pass. Phil Spencer even made an appearance in a StarCraft t-shirt! Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster — Finally coming to Xbox, featuring the first six Final Fantasy titles in pixel-perfect retro graphics. Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake — Square Enix isn’t rushing into web3 just yet. Metaphor: ReFantazio — Received a fresh trailer, and starting on November 14, we can see if the feedback from testers holds up. In conclusion: While Microsoft had fewer major titles, they placed a strong emphasis on numerous JRPGs. What do you think? Who impressed you more: PlayStation or Xbox?
