Tron is once again being adapted into a game — the movie franchise was practically made for it!

Big Fan Games has just released an announcement trailer for TRON: Catalyst. This is an isometric action-adventure game set entirely within the digital world of the Archisystem. The main character is a unique program named Exo, who possesses special abilities due to something called the "Glitch."

With newfound powers, Exo sets out to uncover the mystery behind the Glitch. She will also have to face the dangerous leaders of the Archisystem and navigate a growing conflict between rival factions. In terms of gameplay, players can expect dynamic real-time combat, light cycle racing, and other classic elements from the Tron series.

TRON: Catalyst is set to release in 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch.
