The game's online player count continues to soar without the aid of advertisements, Twitch drops, or key giveaways in local communities. Without trailers at summer conventions or massive marketing campaigns, Deadlock has firmly established itself at the top of Twitch categories. At the time of publication, a new record for concurrent players has been set—120,000 gamers—but this is likely just the beginning.
